    There were delays for the check in. Room not ready even after 5.30pm. Room given has musty smell and nil amenities such as toothpaste, toothbrush etc. lighting too dim

    Check in was terrible (not staff fault) computers down with an update...had a promo to check in early..couldn't do it...disappointed there..

    Was charged parking despite us answering 'No' when asked during check-in. Informed frontdesk 3 times and parking charges were still there even after check-out. Had to incur phone charges to call the hotel to remove it. Despite providing our Marriott Bonvoy membership numbers and informing the front desk multiple times, our rooms were incorrectly tagged and my stay was never recorded, according to the app. The welcome channel on the TV changed to names that were never mine during our stay. Informed front desk again and they said it was recorded correctly in their system. My stay was never recorded up till this day. Otherwise, the rooms were pleasant, housekeeping was great and location is good!
