    I have enjoyed my time here. What I can say that's a bit frustrated.Is the photos of the balcony?Can be misleading.There is no access to your balcony from the rooms.For whatever reasons. And then the gym here is very small and the pool gives motel vibes..it really is not nice, its cheap, no consideration into at all.It's not nice like they should actually invest in it. I'm sad that I actually didn't look at the pool area online properly before booking. Because while in Miami, I wanted to have a nice pool experience.

    Large spotless, affordable room with comfy bed and decent linen. Onsite dining and shop for staple items. Central location next to the river - walking distance large shopping centre and the bay. Swimming pool and gym on site.

    Staff of the hotel was too good. Wonderful experience as because I always preferred to stay in Hyatt and never disappointed.

    The room is spacious and at a great location but the room needs some updating. Cleanliness is not the best as well. Also we stayed at a connecting room and we can hear the next door at night. We arrived very early from cruise, we couldn’t get early check in however we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel which was nice.
