The hotel itself is actually great,
However, they insisted on full payment at check-in and therefore we’re not authorised to use my credit card details and put three transactions on my credit card with no authority that I had not budgeted for and would not reverse them
This was actually illegal as I had not provided authority to Agoda to provide the card details nor to the hotel to use them. The hotels and a goers bureaucracy was incredibly frustrating and nobody was able to reverse the illegal transactions.

The location is excellent, just near Bayside, with several cafés downstairs. The room was spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. I’m really glad I chose to stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Excellent location and staff were great. Comes with kitchen/fridge/stove and dishes/cups/utensils which are handy for longer stays, but floors were sticky and room smelled like food upon checking in. Could improve on the following: no standard housekeeping, TV did not work, and had minimum room amenities compared to standard hotel rooms. Room was large, shower pressure strong, and very comfortable bed - overall would recommend.

The hotel was a five minute walk from the Bayside pier. Lots of restaurants and cool night life. The studio apartment we stayed in was an alright place for just sleeping. The building itself had a VERY overwhelming smell of cleaner and some sort of incense, like everywhere! If you are sensitive to smells this is not the place. The room and shower seemed to be very much spot cleaned. The shower had noticeable grime and was slippery from left over soap residue. Pack your shower shoes! It was worth it for the location to things to explore and the cruise port!
