I am an IHG Gold Elite and booked this property based on my previous experiences. I stayed 6 nights - with my family. My serious issues with the property- every single day we had to call housekeeping to clean up the room, the restaurant onsite had extremely limited options, the exhaust in the bathroom made sound like an earth moving equipment, overall upkeep and cleanliness of the room wasn't good. When you reach out to the frontdesk for any basic request the standard reply is - we can't do it, we don't have it. The question is then why this hotel is open? How authorities are giving it permission to operate? Terrible experience, despite being close to Brickell city center which is an extremely lively place

If you are looking to be in Brickel, this is a clean, well located and well serviced hotel with best value for money. I have stayed there more than 5 times and always return. Take the breakfast option, it is very decent and cheap compared to sureounding expensive options. Don’t expect too much from the gym and pool, but they are there and modest but useful for a swim and exercize. Overall, always my first pick.

Overall room space was comfortable, amenities were reasonable. However the AC was not working well, making the room stay stuffy and uncomfortable due to the heat. Despite raising this to the concierge, nothing was done - service levels can be improved to ensure a more comfortable stay.
