Located more or less adjacent to Brickell metro station. the hotel shares the property with Hotel Indigo. The complimentary breakfast is classic American, the rooms are more like suites, having a living room, a bedroom and a balcony.

Receptionists (pm) NOT so service minded. If there’s a problem with the wifi, why did it he inform the guest about it. Also asked for a late check out. “I can’t help you with that, u have to ask the morning shift” was the answer.

Asked how the stay was but didn’t want to hear why it wasn’t good.
Didn’t want to listen and cut me off in the middle of my sentence.
The only good thing was the girl in the bar in 24th floor. Even though she didn’t know the answers she was polite and kind. She asked or help and got help. That was nice.
To be honest if I knew about this I would have spent couple of more dollars and stayed somewhere else.

From the staff, to the amenities, to the rooms this hotel was one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at. Ashley, Rachel, the night crew and management are extremely nice and very accommodating for anything. If there’s an issue, they are on top of it no questions asked. Pool is very nice, the restaurant is very good and the views from the balconies are Immaculate. Brickell City views at night hit different. I would absolutely recommend booking here, the prices are great, value is even greater!
