Your hotel didn't mention paying for parking on booking.com When I asked the front desk about it, she was rude and said it was in the e-mail. If you are going to charge for parking, you should be upfront about it in your advertising instead of surprising guests with the extra $10/day charge. Bathroom fan was broken.

The beach was beautiful. The hotel was older but clean!

Where you really shined was with your cleaning staff and maintenance people. Very friendly and respectful. The pools were nice. Since I’ve been in this area before and we drove we could bring own chairs out to the beach and just store them in the car.

We were in building A and I had to climb the 20 steps up over the sand dune. If your older and have trouble climbing the stairs there was another option . I didnt like the fact that you didn’t have an iron or ironing board to use in rooms. Just steamers that you can use.

Location, staff was very friendly and nice. Everything we could have needed was located on the property and there was no traffic hardly down Miracle Strip Parkway. Best burger was at the Manatee’s bar & grill that was attached to the hotel. Music playing at the pool was nice. Our favorite place to stay at in Fort Walton for sure. We got an early check in and also an early check out. Felt very safe too.

Elevator not working On D building.. Wet floor on stairs My daughter fell on wet Stairs , no wet signs on stairs. 6 floor ..no elevator working.. The beach view and the location was the only accommodation.

Overpriced, the bed lacked stability and slid when attempting to enter. The bathroom door was improperly aligned on its hinges and slid across the floor, making closure challenging. The bathroom light fixture exposed wires and lacked a cover. The air conditioning unit produced excessive noise. An iron was not provided. The elevator was in subpar condition. Only one ice machine was available throughout the seven-story building. They also charge the park! While we appreciated the view from our room, we will not return.

Good location, clean rooms.

Parking. There was a charge for parking in the parking lot but not enough spaces in the lot. Non-guests were parking in the lot bc the public beach access is next to the lot. Staff at the hotel would not have the non-guests towed out of the lot and would not take any actions to keep non-guests from parking in the lot. I was told to park outside of the lot despite the fact that I paid a parking lot fee.

Our stay was amazing!

The property is an amazing location! With a very nice updated walk-in shower, the kitchen was a pleasant surprise with a nice full-sized refrigerator/freezer, small stove top, even equipped with a small amount of dishes, the 2 pools were very nice to cool off & chill in, the beds were very comfortable & the view from our balcony was spectacular!

If I had to pick something that I didn’t like, it would be… •the elevator was very slow •the furniture was very uncomfortable in the living room (but who’s gonna be hanging out in there with a view from that huge patio door!) •the furniture on the balcony couldn’t be sat it. The chairs were cracked

Staff was argumentative. Tried to give us a different room than we booked. Got stuck in the elevator and had to call Fire Department because NO ONE answered the call button. Room was hot. AC didn’t work well. Took maintenance about 3 hours to come fix our tv. Staff was really rude.

the elevators were out of order on our checkout date. We had to haul off of our baggage down the stairs from the 6th flr. We are both disabled. The receptionist took the parking off of our bill. That was appreciated, so no complaints
