    Had two encounters that made for a not so great encounter. The first one was with a front desk clerk,who was rude and I feel confrontational. The second issue was an incident where I was stuck in the elevator for over 15 minutes. Spoke to the general manager Mr. Alexander and he has assured me he would handle each incident. Also he said since I booked thru the Agoda app he was contacting agoda to fully refund me for one night's stay.
