This is a great opportunity to rent a modern Beach front 2 bedroom apartment with best possible location right Next to Both the Harbor, the Beach and old town. This is as central as it can get!

This is a 24 hour security building with a reception/guards hut at the entrance.
2 bedrooms and the possibility to make a 3 bedroom in the corner of the livingroom.
3 pools, open only high season (Normally june-octobre)

The location of the property was very good. I though the unit was small and the building was outdated and not kept up. Overall it was still a great spot to stay.

The location provided easy access to restaurants, groceries, bars, entertainment, etc. Everything was within walking distance. We had some initial difficulties hooking up with Jessica. Some instructions on how to use the HVAC would have helped. Having the WIFI password typed out would have also helped. One of the bathrooms had a foul odor and there were tiny fruit flies in the kitchen. We could not access the patio because the door would not open. Eventually, a friendly maintenance man came to fix it. Weirdest design I have ever seen. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This home had many of the elements we were looking for when making a decision where to stay in Marbella, including a perfect location, view of the ocean and meeting all online expectations except one crucial one, which was the complete lack of consistent internet service, which proved to be an ongoing issue over our 17 day stay despite some efforts on part of owners to resolve But, resolve it they did not, which left us almost every day and night unable to have internet access to check our email and to make calls on What’s App to family and friends in the US. We had to scramble to find alternative locations with internet access and truly missed sitting back in our apartment and being able to do the myriad of activities online. While not their fault, clearly there is an issue that is not easily solved as situation is beyond their ability to address. Not recommended if you expect to have internet during your stay.

The location was amazing, right on the beach front with views onto the harbour. Perfect for all shops, restaurants and bars and only 10 minutes stroll to the old town. 2 minutes walk to the harbour beach with plenty of space and sheltered swimming area. Apartment is fresh, modern and spacious with all amenities required. We would stay again.

Let's start with positive points. This apartment is very well located and nicely furnished. The parking lot under the building is very convenient. Good general state, nice and comfortable bedding, warming system efficient, nice bathroom and shower. Photos showing the apartment matching with reality but the first one (view of the beach) wich has probably be taken from an other flat. The apartment is nice, clean, furnished with rather new furniture (IKEA of course, normal for a swedish home). Negative points : there are some. The surface of the flat is far from 110 m². I assess it around 60-70 m², inlcuding the terrasse (around 5 m²). In the same way, there are 2 bedrooms, not 3 (a corner in the living room can't be counted as a room. It can be used up to 4 people. More will cram you. I did'nt look for the second bathroom but I did'nt see it. Be careful to the final price. There is a non optional final cleaning charge, indicated only, on my french site, at the very end of the equipment's list. By the way, the site did not offer an english version, only french or german !? (site's problem ?). Curtains were hanging loose in front of the main bay window and could be mended easily. The bay window opening system needs precautions. It's not the responsability of the owner but of the system itself. The cutlery was not clean and we had to wash wath we needed (already noticed by a former guest). Last point : I got troubles to reach the apartment because of roadworks and multiple wrong ways. Jessica's manager, Alina, has been waiting for me and was angry, in a hurry, and then, moderately and reluctantly helpfull. To finish, I noticed the negative points for next guests to be informed. But altogether, this apartment can be rented as soon as you know what you get. Don't forget the positive points, more important than the negative ones. Have a nice stay.

Family of 5 (9,9,14) What an absolutely beautiful apartment, with the most perfect location ☀️ We were greeted by Jessica upon arrival who is so lovely and very very helpful. The apartment was very clean, plenty of space, nice bottle of bubbly in the fridge, plenty of towels and everything you would need in the kitchen is provided. My husband, myself and my girls really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was totally equipped for self catering, there was ample space for 3 people. This is a great base to explore old town Marbella. The beach is on your door step and plenty of places to eat and drink. The supermarkets are dotted around the apartment if you want to cook. Lovely place and great location. This property is advertised as 3 bed - it’s definitely not . It’s only a 2 bed apartment . Pool area is not suitable for children either. They get shouted at by the security guards for splashing !! Check in was terrible - as we had arrived at 8pm there was no one there to greet us and we found it difficult to get the key from the reception area . There was absolutely nothing left in the apartment for our arrival - no milk, water or anything. The water was off when we arrived with a dishwasher full of dirty dishes ! There was no information left in the apartment about the surrounding area - u have to work it out for yourself ! The owner had changed the dates of our booking with home away until December 2019 even though we were there in August for some reason which meant I couldn’t get the address of the property as it’s only displayed 3 months prior to arrival !! Don’t know why she would have done that ?? Cleaning charge not clear at time of booking - This was collected in cash on day 2 of our arrival . It was supposed to have been collected on day 1 and we waited in ! Balcony is small so don’t expect to be able to dine outside . It’s in a great location but not impressed with how we were dealt with . It’s an apartment for a couple or 2 small children but definitely not suitable for a family of 5 with teenagers ! Transfers were also more expensive than what was quoted but we had no choice but to pay it. We were told that it’s high season and that’s just how it is . How can someone quite a price and then go back on it? Too much hassle with this apartment - won’t b back

I stayed at Jessica’s flat with my daughter and parents for a week over the April school holidays. It was without a doubt one of the best places I’ve stayed at. Perfect location, right on the beach, great restaurants and bars on the doorstep and old town 5 mins walk away. The place itself was also fantastic. Very spacious, modern and clean with great amenities. Very comfortable! Jessica was also a great host. She went over and above to ensure I had a great stay and communicated well from the moment I booked. She was the hostess with the mostest! Overall, great stay, location, and very reasonably priced considering everything.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. It came with plenty of equipment, bedding, towels etc and was spacious and clean. Jessica was extremely helpful with any enquiries we had and arranged good transfers to and from the airport. Anyone who is lucky enough to stay in this apartment will have a great time. We will definitely be using it again for our next holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was superb, on-site parking a great plus. The apartment was nice and modern, perfect for our group, a couple and a single lady. The one improvement we would wish for would be better cooking pans, pots and utensils. Also there were no wine glasses. Otherwise a very nice experience and we hope to visit again.
