The staff was courteous and friendly from the time of my early arrival to the time of my departure.

The breakfast in the morning was prepared, presented and attended to in a very professional manner. The many request by the numerous patrons were completed in a timely manner. I have been to many catered food events and can assure you that breakfast event at the Garden Inn was one of the best. Thank you.

I use Hilton Honors membership when I travel. I was disappointed by not being able to book the stay through the Hilton Honors system. I have stayed there before and U knew that it was the stay i wanted. I had to book the room through a third party booking site.

The hotel was close to shopping centers, especially for people who like walking after dinner.

- Convenient location - can eat at Chipotle, Panda Express and Nick's Greek and shop at Target, Ross, Marshal within five to ten minutes' walk; convenient for extended stay - Clean, spacious and newly renovated two-queen-bed room without the bedbug concern - Onsite, friendly and responsive housekeeping crew

- Staff can be friendly or unfriendly, sincere or insincere, depending on who and what time you talk to them - Breakfast variety- pineapples and honey dews for fruits seven days in a row; OK omelet though freshly made; $24/per person if breakfast is not included in your room rate - $75 "snack fee" charged in advance to my credit card when I checked in for snacks I "might buy" from their snack stand; took the credit card company two weeks to refund me

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Quiet.

Carpets were not vacuumed & seemed unclean in the elevators especially. I think it is tacky that upon check-in we were handed a piece of paper by the person who was checking us in and asked to rate her. Awkward and inappropriate.
