Conveniently located between San Jose and San Francisco. You'll find yourself conveniently located to downtown San Mateo and all the transportation. This is a shared walkway, 1 bedroom suite. The unit has 2 queen sized bed with ample pillows, 1 pull out queen sofa bed, mini kitchen, fast wifi, 1 43" TV, 1 55" TV, Netflix, coffee. Self-check in. Mini Kitchen includes: Refrigerator, cook-top, microwave, Keurig / pods, utensils, cookware. Bathroom includes, towels, blow dryer, iron / ironing board, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Living area has pull out queen sofa bed with mattress topper, blanket, pillows, and sheets.

Good spot! Worked for our activity and decent price point. Good wi-fi / kitchen / bath setup. Thin wall to noisy neighbors, but what can you do? Make sure the light sleeper in your group sleeps in the bedroom. I slept like a log in a good bed.

I reserved this cute and charismatic place for my parents during a recent visit. They are pretty particular about comfort, and have had less than great experiences in hotels and motels, so this seemed like the perfect alternative!
It did not disappoint!
The rental was well-furnished, stylish, and fully stocked with many features and amenities! The beds were comfortable, the entire space clean, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Only once did my parents hear any of the other guests on the property.
Unfortunately, the few days they were here, the Bay Area had a major heat wave, but luckily the space had a fan and we were able to keep the front door and window open to let some air flow happen.
My parents were able to relax, watch tv, connect to WiFi, and feel at home with all the wonderful comforts the space provided. I commented that I would love to retreat there some day!
It is in a great location, close to the bay and Coyote Point Recreation area.
The property owner is very communicative and had great customer service whenever we had a question. He even informed us due to the heat wave that there may be some power outages, but luckily that didn’t happen!
I’m very impressed and would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable landing spot while visiting the Bay Area.

If I had to describe to someone the definition of cool or alpha, I would just show them a picture of Alvin. However, be prepared for Alvin to establish his dominance by smashing the hottest chicks next door. Some people may view Alvin’s superiority as a turnoff, but trust me when I tell you from first hand experience that you will be nothing but turned on during your stay. Knowing your vrbo is owned by an absolute boss enhances your stay by an unimaginable standard. Above all, staying at Alvin’s taught me valuable life lessons. For the rest of my life whenever my ego gets out of hand I will just remind myself: I will never be as pimping as Alvin.
