Decent hotel , but probably won't stay here again unless there are no other options.

Staff was somewhat friendly. It would be nice if there was some kind of free breakfast available. There was a coffee bar, but the on-site restaurant was the only other option. Price was good, through a deal on Booking.com.

Walls and roof of our room (and I suspect throughout the hotel) are very thin. Could easily hear people walking on the floor above us and people talking in the rooms adjacent to ours. I was awoken early each morning due to these sounds. Also, the $25 per day parking fee seems very high compared to other hotels we have stayed at in San Mateo.

It was a great place to stay overall. I didn't stay long as I was in San Francisco for only a few days. While we are on it, I forgot my Adapter and Charger in My room. I believe I stayed in room 345. If they found these things can they keep them for me? I will be in SF early next year and can collect them then.

I forgot something in my room and no one contacted me to notify me That is not very nice.

It would be nice if the staff were a bit friendlier. It’s okay overall, though not as good as you’d expect in the U.S., where staff are usually very friendly and helpful.

Good location to commute to the coast, but with a trashy atmosphere.

The bathrooms were fairly nice. It was a quick process to check in.

All night long both days there was hoodlums outside of the facility drinking and smoking all night. They need actual security to monitor the premises. It felt trashy. I’d pick somewhere else next time. They also charged us almost 200$ extra, thankfully I looked at the booking.com price before we left to compare. The agent fixed it fairly quickly though. The breakfast offering didn’t exist. It was down or under repairs, whatever the case was.

Reservations were for accessible 2 queen suite. A signed room had a king and a pull out sofa bed. Was moved to another building that was old and smelled bad not accessible and not a suite. Did have 2queen beds. Also the TV didn’t have sound on several channels.

My room reservation was given out to somebody. I reserved for two queen suite due to I was with my 2 children and my wife. My room only had 1 bed.

It was a decent room, but was below standard for the price.

Bed linens were clean and smelled fresh. There was no mildew in the shower.

Surfaces in the room area were not clean. Fan in bathroom did not work. Shower curtain was ripped and torn. Drapes at window were filthy and had holes.

Reception staff were in-friendly. We paid for a room for four people and for breakfast, yes they would only give us breakfast for two people. We booked in good faith yet neither the hotel nor booking.com would honour our booking so we had to pay extra for the additional two breakfasts. This is completely unacceptable, yet booking.com were not interested in helping us!!!

The proximity to the freeway and the people we were visiting was good.

The room needed updating. The carpet was torn in a few spots, phone didn't work when we got there, one of the outlets (where a lamp should have been plugged in) was damaged and couldn't be used, grout on the bathroom floor was chipped/missing in spots, looked like some mold on the bathroom wall, the AC was an old wall unit that didn't work well, the curtains were very dirty/stained, the elevator closest to our room was sketchy and the permit had expired in October 2022 (we visited June 2023).

No breakfast included, no microwave in the room, room phone is not working, cannot connect in the wifi, elevator is not working (just keep on opening and closing), you can hear the footsteps from upstairs, people talking outside the door, been trying to call the front desk using personal phone but no one’s picking up, tv remote is not working.

phone system is broken and have to walk to front desk to get help. we were not informed that we need to ask for cleaning room, otherwise no one would provide needed towels and toilet paper. the facility is old and many parts are barely functioning.
