The room smelled of strong cleaning solution. The carpet is damp and looks very outdated. Even my 10 year old child said this is like a “dirty old people home.” She refused to take off her shoes. I would not recommend this Holiday inn to anyone. This will be my last time here too.

We had spent the whole day out being tourists , while finding a good place to stay overnight upon arriving there was no one to check in with for at least 15 min. Then the room smelled musty and mildew. Being exhausted from being out exploring we were too tired to go anywhere. So we opened the windows to air out. We notice the curtains had black mold all over. I have photos , which I shared with receptionist upon leaving. My wife has respiratory issues and felt terrible the next day. The issue was noted. I feel that we could use a do over because we know that the company will do the right thing. I would appreciate a response asap. Thank you. Luis Tataje

Very clean, the softest bed, bedding, and pillows ever! All the soaps are amazing! Very convenient location off the freeway, but quiet, and a few blocks from downtown with the cheapest gas, a few blocks the other way has amazing pizza at Round Table and you are very close to fashion Island and San Francisco.

Super friendly staff who make you feel right at home. The vibe is cozy, and the drinks and food are solid. But, seriously, what bar doesn’t have sports channels? No Fox sports or game-day action is a big miss. Add some sports, and this place would be a winner. 3.5/5.

Bed was old, creaky and uncomfortable, seriously noisy every time you moved. Since when does a Holiday Inn charge $25 a night for parking, these guys do. Asked for it be waived since we stayed for 6 nights, nope can’t do that. Ridiculous! Had to keep requesting an additional towel, finally took enough from the house keeping cart to last the remainder of the stay. Facility is showing the wear and tear, needs an update. Should be able to fund the upgrade using the $25 a night parking fee. Absolutely do not recommend.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was quiet and the room was very clean and well decorated, my only complaint is the parking. It was kinda hard to find a spot to park my work Van and I wasn't too happy about paying "$25 per night" for parking... If I knew I was going to paying for parking I would have stayed somewhere else. Overall a good hotel.

THE HOTEL IS VERY NICE, THE BED ARE SOFT AND CONFY. ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND ALL HAVE THE LARGE TOILET SEAT. PARKING IS NOT FREE. $25 FOR REGULAR CARS AND $50 FOR LARGER VEHICLES LIKE TRUCKS OR TRAILERS. THERE'S NO FREE BREAKFAST. 🙁 EVERYTHING ELSE IS FINE.

Property was okay. Some problems with doors that keep making noise when opposite neighbor comes in and out. Some problems with faucet being way too hard to turn (in handicap room). Fridge door was busted and couldn't hold drinks. Only one luggage cart which was nowhere to be found at checkout time for 30+ min. Non smoking property but that's not really the case in the parking lots where some people did loiter and smoked their "medecinal" blend. Staff was helpful and attentive. Conveniently located close to the airport.

no where did it say we had to pay for parking until we got to the hotel and we were told it’s $25 per night. Our room smelled humid, there was a lot of things broken and missing from the rooms. We ordered towels and they took 4hrs to bring them. Where the paper toilet is located was dirty. the peep hole of the door was broken. No type of breakfast included.

Holiday Inn is our fam #1 choice when we have vacation. This is the worst i experienced. Breakfast and parking are not included (they did say that in Expedia, but I didn’t notice that). The building is old, room is small, sink is outside of bathroom-if someone does skincare later at night, the light is right on your face if you sleep on the bed close to the door. Cleaning lady is not very friendly- I asked extra towers, first day she did give me. But 3rd day she said I need to call front desk to get it- their front desk is not in the building, you need to bring your access card with you , walking to another building
