I really can't confirm some of the mixed reviews other people gave. Of course what you get for this price is not a grand-hotel, and the house is not exactly modern, but my room was clean, simple, and comfortable, the staff was friendly, breakfast was decent and there even was a room to lock my bicycle in for the night. So for me it was a great stay for good value.

Typical Ligurian hotel

It was close to the beach, shops and station. The lady at reception was nice and helpful. The building is old but with dignity and clean.

I wasn’t able to lock the room from the inside. There was an elder man working at breakfast shouting and treating clients with no respect. When I told him so, several other guests confirmed and claimed the same, as they received the same treatment. Not good.

Vicino alla spiaggia, con un comodo parcheggio. I letti sono abbastanza comodi, le camere sono pulite, la pressione dell'acqua nella doccia è ottima. La colazione è completa di tutto il necessario. L'hotel ha tutto l'essenziale. Ci hanno lasciato fare il check-out posticipato senza costi aggiuntivi, il che è stato un piacevole vantaggio.

Sarebbe fantastico avere più opzioni per una colazione salata, come verdure o uova. Non c'è l'aria condizionata, ma ci sono dei ventilatori per la stagione calda. L'edificio ha muri spessi, quindi l'aria all'interno non si riscalda troppo.

Non ho avuto modo di vedere la struttura in quanto la mia prenotazione è stata cancellata per overbooking poco prima di raggiungere Spotorno.Questo ha comportato un forte disagio (considerando che ho due bambini piccoli).Abbiamo dovuto cercare un alloggio alternativo in breve tempo in un’altra località (con costi aggiuntivi).

La tranquillità e la comodità della struttura: 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla spiaggia. Una buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. la simpatia dello staff

La struttura, molto bella e grande dall'esterno, avrebbe forse bisogno di un po' di ammodernamento interno. La pulizia è da curare.

Struttura un po’ datata ma parzialmente ristrutturata. Camera singola semplice, arredamento essenziale molto pulita, silenziosa e fresca, esposta a nord. Il ristorante a cena propone ,oltre a un piccolo buffet di insalate, una scelta tra due primi e due secondi e vari dessert,piatti semplici ma gustosi ,serviti con grande cortesia.Variegata e ben equilibrata la colazione tra dolce e salato. Ottimi croissant e torte deliziose.Gentilissimo il personale. Ottima posizione defilata rispetto alle vie della movida ma comunque vicinissima a centro e spiagge . Scelta ricaduta su questo hotel molto semplice che ancora non conoscevo per la cortesia con cui mi hanno assicurato la possibilità di parcheggio ( parcheggio comodo ad un prezzo più che congruo) al contrario di un quattro stelle blasonato, che non garantiva l’assegnazione di un posto auto, un quattro stelle… Ergo ad un prezzo più che onesto ho trascorso piacevolmente tre giorni al mare in un hotel semplice ed essenziale dal sapore vagamente e piacevolmente vintage
