Good hotel for a short trip. Free breakfast was nice.

Breakfast was what your expect so happy with that. Bed was comfortable. Check-in/check out was fast.

Gym was ok - machines were old and some had parts that didn’t work.

Our room was right next to the elevator ice machine and vending machine it was loud but also they had construction going on in the room next door it was very loud and I could not sleep.

For the purpose, the hotel met all of our needs. It was super close to the venue.

Front Desk personnel could have been friendlier. He seemed a bit put off when I inquired about a later checkout time.

Decent value hotel, need a little more maintenance and staff training

Very basic breakfast. Dinning room was clean. They had an upscale coffee machine (unusual to hotel of this standard) giving you several options to choose your hot beverages. Ample juices. Brown bread was also available. Enough parking all the time, During my four days of stay i did not find any difficulty at any time of the day to find a decent parking spot

They were bringing food in smaller quantites filling the serving dishes like putting kind of reguator or breaks to the usage. Though it gives bad feeling. They installed a very good coffee machine but the content was a little sub standard. Smell in front of the elevator hallway in the building we were staying. Also stingent smell on our floor perhaps coming from the stair side. When we arrived, no one was on the counter. When we ask "anybody available" loudly. Voice came from dinning hall, wait please. The road layouts to come to the hotel was bit tricky. Third day we learnt it so for a day tripper it could be inconveinet.

Good Until The Power Went Out

I liked the bed and room location and breakfast.

My whole day second was wasted as I didn't get to enjoy anything since the power was out all night long and was still out into the next morning when I checked out, so no breakfast either. I really feel we are owed a refund. I get the situation couldn't be controlled but why would I pay to stay in a dark room I had to use a flashlight with all night long?

I was over charges for my room. I was told I had two reservations. I showed proof I only had 1. I was told someone would look into and call me no one ever did. I paid in advance from their app booking.com and hotel still bill me. I paid booking.com the day before checking in. The hotel took pymt at time. Twice. I confronted the Front desk that sunday morning before checking out, front desk male and female were not helpful at all . Didn't feel like they took the time to even look into this matter. I called on monday spoke to a different person. Female, she was so helpful and understanding and took the time to look into the situation and found the discrepancy,

People were smoking cigarettes and week in the hall and in the rooms. My room smell of smoking the whole time and on some nights the smoking smell was really bad.

My stay with my daughter was great. I was able to relax and heal from my eye surgery.

Quiet place with comfortable queen beds. The place was just right for the room size and as a business hotel.

The screen door to the shared patio was loose and almost fell off so I had to fix it. Something was really wrong with the door.

We were disappointed, because the picture when we booked led use to believe we were booking a room with a larger jetted bathtub. This was the reason we picked this hotel over other options, but our room had a smaller/standard size tub with weak jets.

Convenient and quiet.

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious, very clean and quiet. I got a good night's sleep and woke well-rested for my business day.

Nice atmosphere

The cashier lady gave me a jacuzzi tub room, but the jacuzzi was non functional. I appreciate the manager giving me money back, due to the overlaying matter. Big kuddos to you sir, much love.
