Friendly and attentive staff. The place is spacious but lacks some organizing and more cleanness!

Parking Fee of $10 per day that I didn't realize on Booking.com (under expanded amenities, not in fine print section) and though was next to where I put my license plate at check in, I was jetlagged and it wasn't mentioned. Bed was uneven and definitely worn on bathroom side. Very limited breakfast, refrigerator with plastic wrapped food or other plastic wrapped items that you could heat. External facing doors. No one at reception when I checked in or out. Had to wait a bit for them to arrive on check in. No one arrived for check out. I stayed for one week and was offered two room service days. Had to ask the service team for more coffee one day and snag creamer from lobby.

When I arrived I thought I might have to immediately leave and upgrade to a better hotel, but the location is great, and the amount of space you get for the price is impressive. The room AC was great on a hot day.

It's kind of a dump. There were several small things broken in my "suite." There was no place to park when I arrived to check in, and no entry to the hotel from the garage.

Comforting stay with Family while visiting/relocating to Silicon Valley.!!

Location is excellent with a lot of Indian markets & restaurants around. Staff is helpful and supporting. The property has W/D facilities and a family can stay as in a studio apartment. The accommodation has a working kitchen with basic utensils and kitchenware.

Breakfast is at the reception room (they have a couple of tables with 6-8 people can sit at a time). However, breakfast options are limited. But of course, it's still good.

The space of the suites and the kitchenette. The gym and area for sitting poolside. Proximity to Safeway.

front desk check in young lady not very friendly or knowledgeable. Very short and at no point gave a smile or was accommodating , Manager came out from behind and was able to assist explained the issue and made accommodations.. I travel a lot and I see that this young lady needed more training and a smile and greeting would change this review

Stayed for 4 nights, surprised we weren’t eligible for housekeeping! Imagine the amount of trash accumulated on their tiny bins, unwashed towels, etc., it was unpleasant and inconvenient. Key card problems every single day. It was annoying at best. Had to walk from underground parking to lobby each time to have our key cards reactivated.

Very bad and disappointing

The management is very bad and they don’t know how to handle the booking.com reservations. It was a duplicated reservation for me and they were not able to cancel one of them. After 2 days following up with the property and the booking.com, they mentioned it as a no show up which means they charged me one night extra. I am really frustrated by them and one of their staff which was really rude and disrespectful to us. The booking.com tried a lot to help and I really appreciate their help but the property is awful.

Awesome place with great staff and amenities

This was a great hotel. Clean, spacious, and super friendly staff. The location is great too. There are stores within walking distance from the property. It's a very amazing place.

I would have given this an exceptional rating, but we spent a lot of time going back and forth to the front desk to have out keycards re-keyed. I'd say in 3 days we had to return to the front desk 12-15 times because the key deactivated. Despite following instructions about keeping the keys away from phones and wallets, it didn't matter.

Great apartments to explore the bay area

+ the garage + location was great, there is a supermarket just across the street and you can reach anything you would need within a few minutes by car + little kitchenette + room was spacious + very easy check-in + coffee in the lobby in the morning and during the day

- shower / bath room could be a bit more modern - staff seemed bored most of the time but they were helpful

It was very convenient to have a little kitchen. We had attended a funeral in the area and needed to prepare some food.

There were limited kitchen supplies. The kitchen had no kitchen towels and a used kitchen sponge to clean the dishes. With Covid still fresh on our minds, it was quite unsatisfactory and unclean to clean dishes with an used sponge. Also, the front desk staff was not the most welcoming upon check out. Check in staff were very cordial.

We liked the spacious room with a small kitchenette for food. It is also nice to have a makeup vanity table for ladies.

The air conditioning was a little bit loud when it was turned on.
