Good location close to south park entrance.
Very helpful staff. Good size room. Clean.
The motel has refrigerator, microwave, and there is an ice machine. And a breakfast.
My only somewhat negative comment is value for the money. Other properties I stayed at during my trip were the same level and their price was closer to $125-150. This was $175.

The location, Quiet, Swimming Pool,
The restrooms were not clean as expected, there was Spiders, Spiderwebs, Bugs, Dirty showers on the tub rim, and did not gave us enough towels for all of us

The room was big.
Could have used more lights in the room. Cockroach in the bathroom. Breakfast was very limited in size. Breakfast 7:30 AM to 9 AM.
1-hour drive to Sequoia National Park. Three Rivers is a very small town, with no early breakfast restaurants.
