The room was great and had almost everything we needed.
There was no hot water. At all. Not even like warm. Turned the handle all the way over and stayed ice cold. A huge reason you stay in a hotel over a camp site is the bathroom. We could have camped and had the same facilities. No hot water is terrible considering the cost of the room.

Excellent bed
Extreme difficulty getting PIN code to enter, frustrating request to provide identification, request to provide advance payment non refundable for damages, no clothes hanging pegs or hooks, improperly plumbed shower with hot and cold interchanged, lack of soap in shower dispenser, lamp bulbs flickering on first night, steady illumination on second night. Worst getting in experience ever on booking.com.

Every was good , bathroom door need attention , its coming loose ,seems hinges are very loose , it won't shut close , if you force to shut close you will be locked stuck inside and some one to to help you from push it open. Toilet roll holder need to be fixed , roll slides down and drops on the floor if you not careful. Rest is all good 👍

location was good, room was clean
bed was like sleeping on the floor, very hard, shower knob is backwards , when you turn shower on water goes everywhere, shower extension could be a little shorter,TV has no channels
