The housekeepers were phenomenal! They were prompt and so helpful. The room also had amazing AC and got cold very quickly. The parking was also very convenient in the back.
The coffee/cups/ice buckets downstairs was a bit annoying but nothing terrible. Main complaint would likely be that the hot and cold was labeled backwards for the shower.

Very uncomfortable mattress with hard pillows. One side of the mattress firm and the other side sunked in... we only drank coffee so I don't know if the breakfast was any good.. unfortunately I have paid less in other places and got a real comfortable sleep. Not here.
