    GOOD EVERYTHING BUT I HAVE PROBLEM THEY PUT US IN THE NEW BUILDING IN A DISTANCE WHICH I HAVE MY MOTHER AN 85 YEAR OLD DIFFICULTY TO WALK FAR AND WITH THE STAIR TO THE 3RD FLOOR. AND THE WIFI AS WE ARRIVE WE LOGIN EVEN ALREADY A MEMBER STILL CANNOT ACCESS WIFI MY DAUGHTER SUDDENLY CLICK PURCHASE AND WE IMMEDIATE GO ASK IN THE INFORMATION DESK TO CANCEL. BUT THEY TOLD US WE CALL WYNDHAM COMPANY TO CANCEL IT DOES NOT APPEAR THEIR SYSTEM. HAYSS, WE ARE THE ONE CALL WE JUST LET IT GO IT DEDUCTED IN MY ACCOUNT FOR 3 DAYS X 2 PERSON...HUHU... WIFI NOT FREE.

    Pros: Good location, and *** at the front desk was very polite and helpful. As was the housekeeping manager ***. Cons: While our 20-day stay *** was mostly fine, the front desk agent *** (the younger woman) completely ruined our experience with her shocking hostility and lack of professionalism. Check-in: *** was confrontational, falsely claimed stays over 14 days weren't allowed, and tried to deny our pre-confirmed ground-floor room (required for health reasons) until I forced her to look at my emails. Housekeeping Issues: When housekeeping skipped our room, *** and a bald male staff member openly treated us like liars instead of fixing the issue. Departure Harassment: Another staff member, ***, kindly arranged a late checkout with management. Despite this, *** had staff wake us up at 11 AM by aggressively knocking on the door. When called to clarify, she snapped, was incredibly rude, and repeatedly hung up on me. Unprofessional Conduct: She blamed her own colleague's mistakes on him being "new," and to make matters worse, she charged us *** for the extension but refused to give a receipt. Avoid this place if you value peace of mind. The management needs to seriously address *** toxic attitude and terrible hospitality. Also other than *** and ***, the rest of the staff are mediocre at the least, if not downright rude and unprofessional!

    El personal de mantenimiento y del front desk no habla ni inglés bien ni español o por lo menos eso pienso, el de mantenimiento ai me dijo No English y el front simplemente me entregó el documento de check out y mi depósito con señas, ni buenos días ni gracias
