No access to pool with kids. Had I known, I would have gone somewhere else

I liked the location, the room after the front desk changed us from the first room to another room with a great view and balcony, it was fantastic.

I didn't like that there was no access to the pool or rooftop, even though the advertising presents them as part of the hotel stay; another downside is that there is no restaurant service for ordering food within the hotel. The upside, however, is that there are many restaurants nearby that are easily accessible on foot or by car. We were accommodated in a room with the view to the inside facing the parking then front desk changed us from the first room that the AC I could not turn off; finally, the second room was fantastic; however, all rooms have the air handler inside the room and it makes a lot of noise.

Very clean and modern hotel. Location is a little sketchy but honestly it can be overlooked. Vibes were cool, room was nice and staff was friendly.

Nothing everything was great only spent one night

The bed mattress was very uncomfortable way over do for a replacement!
