    This hotel offers excellent value for a trip to New York. It is conveniently located approximately a 10-minute walk from the 21 Queensbridge Subway Station, providing easy access to Times Square within four stops and most other major tourist attractions. The walk to and from the station is through a vibrant neighborhood. A substantial breakfast is provided daily, and coffee is available all day in the lobby. The room was consistently clean upon our return each evening. This hotel will undoubtedly become one of our primary choices for accommodations in New York.

    We stayed at springhill suites by Marriott at queens for 3 nights. The hotel is very good and recommended while here in New York. It is 10mins away from the orange line subway. The staff is courteous especially Ashley. Ashley was very helpful at front desk and took care of all our needs and questions and was available when required assistance! We had an initial AC not working issue. But we got the room shifted by Ashely the next morning. Recommended place if looking for a less expensive place in New York that's not in Manhattan. Its about 10-15mins away from Manhattan city.

    Do not let the Marriott brand fool you, like I got fooled. It is a far cry. From ACs that do not work, to Doors that shut with a loud Bang, to broken Coffee Makers, to a puky stink in the room with visible stains on the carpet, this property is a strict No-No. The nail in the coffin is that there is Nil Service in spite of repeated reminders, and you are forced to spend your day and night in a room that stinks to the skies, even after a change of room! And these people even demand a Deposit, which I am yet to be refunded even after 10 days of checking out, whereas I was promised within 1 week! Disgusting!! AGODA, very smartly does not inform you about this deposit!! They should be held responsible to get the deposit refunded.
