Property was good but commercial building across the street alarm kept going on.
Heating system was poor. At night was blowing cold air at -14 degree outside.

The hotel is nice and clean.
The location is not good. To get to the subway you walk through housing projects. Some people look like they are addicted. It felt unsafe at night and made me uncomfortable.
