Extremely helpful staff, swimming pool, location near aquarium and Sainte Foy Via station.
No changing rooms in the swimming pool area! To change out of wet bathing suits, we were told to go up to the lobby (!) and use the ones in the restaurant! Also not enough seating in the lobby, or outside the main entrance, so we had to stand in the hot sun waiting for taxis, uber, etc
Buffet breakfast was ample with a good variety of choices but some of the food - like crepes - had dried out …

The swimming pool is the highlight of the hotel, where the whole family enjoyed a lot. Ladies in the front desk were very helpful.
The room is small, mainly the bathroom. Things get very wet due to poor ventilation. The room decoration is “tiring” with red everywhere and you don’t feel comfortable to relax.
A staff man in the front desk wasn’t receptive when I was doing my check out and I said that I don’t speak french. I won’t come back for sure.
