I loved the little attentions from the cleaning staff. They noticed a child had slept on the couch cushions on the floor cuz we were tight in the bed, so we came back after a long day out to a twin mattress installed for her!
Also, we loved the Fun Carie Factory right on site!
The vacuum/mop could have been neater in the room, especially in the bathroom corners.
Also, even though they’re not directly related to the hotel, being rudely turned away at Boston Pizza because we didn’t have a reservation (which isn’t mentioned anywhere) was disappointing.

Near the airport and restaurant on site
A lot of small children running around the halls all night until 11:30 pm. This hotel is used by many parents with kids in sports. Which explain the important amount of children at the facility. They seemed to all know each other and gathered in hallways. They were extremely loud.
