    Stay and facilities were 10/10. But, agoda put me in to a point of shame. As I reached their reception and showed them Agoda confirmation,they were unable to see my reservation details in there screen. I tried to talk to an agent in Agoda , spend 15 mins for that holding my family in the car . I could not here from them , then I opend their application I tried to find a proper contact number, I couldn’t find one , then I I explained my story to a chat bot inside their application looking to have a solution,the chat bot washed his hands on me ! Then I call rbc to cancel my transaction I made 24 hrs back , rbc started doing there process for that . Then suddenly, my booking got confirmed in the hotel reception screen .. Absolutely not pleasant check-in experience of my life 💩 Hi Agoda , it’s not lie you just ask the man and the lady at the hotel reception when this drama 🎭 happend . So for Agoda it’s 1.5/10

    Easy check in with friendly staff. Great location as many stores and restaurants nearby (even by foot). Only 25 minutes from downtown Quebec. But most of all...slept like a baby.

    Alright for a one night stay. Lady at the front wasn’t super friendly and the bathroom could use some upgrading as it’s kinda falling apart. I left the door opened while I showered and the alarm started going off…the fan in the bathroom is terrible.
