Location is great, just right next to the Central Park

We booked and paid extra for our high floor with park view room for more than 6 months before our 3 nights stay in July 2026. We requested for high floor with nice park view but the hotel only gave us the lowest floor among 8-24th they could assign. I understand that they have many customers, but the fact that we booked and paid 6 months before hand and still got a low floor was a bit disappointing. We finally changed our room to 18th floor the next day but we had to insisted the reception to help us. We feel this is not fair and bad arrangement.

Great location. Good property in general.

The bathroom is really small, for this type of hotel I think will be a plus to have better bathrooms

Location and staff excellent

The breakfast on rooftop was disorganized and not included in price of room which was over $500 a night. The music on rooftop was too loud for a relaxing morning breakfast

The location is good, and the room is spacious.

We were trapped in the elevator for almost five minutes. We repeatedly used the emergency intercom, but no one came to help us. Eventually, we managed to force the elevator doors open with our hands. We reported the incident to a staff member, who told us that the elevator had been having problems for several days. However, there was no sign indicating that the elevator was out of service. The room temperature would not go below 73°F. The air conditioning did not cool below that temperature, so we were very hot and uncomfortable while trying to sleep.
