Park Lane New York

Location and staff excellent

The breakfast on rooftop was disorganized and not included in price of room which was over $500 a night. The music on rooftop was too loud for a relaxing morning breakfast

The AC cannot be set to a desired temperature. The engineering guy came to our suite for a minute and said there is no heat so the AC control would not work. Only super cool air condition or none.

My wife and I stayed at Park Lane for one week, and we had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, which made it easy to rest after long days exploring New York. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s location. Being able to simply cross the street and go for a run in Central Park in the morning meant a lot to me and became one of the most memorable parts of our trip. I would also like to thank the entire hotel team for their kindness and professionalism throughout our stay. A special thank you goes to Paul Beatty, who went above and beyond to help me with a package that arrived after I had already returned home. His assistance, responsiveness, and willingness to help were truly appreciated. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would happily return to Park Lane on a future visit to New York.

Nothing to say about it. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location is good, and the room is spacious.

We were trapped in the elevator for almost five minutes. We repeatedly used the emergency intercom, but no one came to help us. Eventually, we managed to force the elevator doors open with our hands. We reported the incident to a staff member, who told us that the elevator had been having problems for several days. However, there was no sign indicating that the elevator was out of service. The room temperature would not go below 73°F. The air conditioning did not cool below that temperature, so we were very hot and uncomfortable while trying to sleep.
