Amazing location - you can walk straight out of the hotel and in to the park. The room was modern, clean and reasonable. The breakfast was plentiful. Staff were friendly.
I had read on the website bad reviews for the breakfast. Food, the view and the staff were all amazing. The issue was the space was lacking tables and chairs and it felt understaffed. There were messy tables and often food was lacking.

I notified the hotel that I would be late in arriving (after midnight) and they were very accommodating and acknowledged this. The location was great, being very centrally placed. The room was very clean and large enough for my requirements. There was a small view of the park which was unexpected, but welcome. The breakfast on the top floor was excellent. Good view of the park, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming.
The hotel restaurant could have been a little bigger, and if paying by cash they didn't have any change.

Excellent location We had a mixed bag when it came to staff . Some were very pleasant but housekeeping seemed a bit tardy
Housekeeping staff were not very friendly and not very helpful
