    took us 40 minutes to check in. no electric kettle or any glasses or water in the room. no dental kit in the bathrooms. will never ever stay here again. the rooms are so expensive but no proper facilities.

    the location is really great. everything is at a stones throw. if you do not have too much time on hand then this is just the place to be in.

    There is a huge line for lifts at almost all times of the day. The staff are friendly and helpful, but housekeeping will want to get your room done asap at start walking around at 8:30am. The room is fine. They charge USD 5 per bag for storage per hour so if you have later flights it can get costly. Overall it was not very comfortable and there were too many people.
