Close to the airport. So close we took local mts bus from airport to hotel at $2.50 per person. Great location we walked to seaport village and gaslamp.

Good position on Down Town

We were charged almost $US900 per night for a standard room with a leaking shower and Luke warm water for showering in the evening. The room was tired and dated, the air conditioning sounds like a jet engine when it comes on.

Nice hotel

The location is perfect! Midway museum is just 15 minutes walk away. The airport is also really close.

The hotel doesn't have their own parking, only valet. We booked one room with 2 queen beds and specifically requested (and paid) for breakfast to be included. But in the morning when we went to breakfast, we were told that our rate(room) comes with a buffet breakfast for 2 guest, and we had 3 adults and 1 baby.

The bar, geat location, food was exceptional, and cleaning maid service only.

Overly charged me after securing a specific rate. Then, when I notified staff/manager, the manager said they would take the overly charged fees only AFTER the statement that I was not credited anything, but rather charged an additional $10 fee AND the original fees.

Room was clean and ready for us to check in early

There’s no food/drink heck even water for sale late at night. Got back from a concert late and needed just some water. There is nothing open around or in the lobby. Not even a vending machine. And no free WiFi? That is crazy in my opinion

Great location, comfortable room/beds, good service, extra EV charging was a bonus

Check in process was a little weird but Paul Dunlop did a great job figuring everything out. Our room was pretty large. We really liked the Continental Breakfast cards and the pool was pretty good. Also, we were not expecting the hotel to charge up our car before we left. That was AMAZING.

The bathroom was of a good size. But, my daughters had trouble reaching the bottles of shampoo & conditioner in the shower because they were mounted too high on the wall.
