I would not stay again.
Property location was close to the convention center where we were attending an event. It was also close to many bars & restaurants.
Valet parking was unavailable when we arrived. We had to park 0.5miles away & walk w our children & luggage at 9pm. Room cleaning did not take place until very late in the day after 3pm.

Unbelievably expensive
Beautiful location and impressive facilities
$65 valet parking, come on. Somehow the price of the room went from $339 a night on the website to $419 a night with additional fees added on after. What a rip off!

"Premium view"
The location was great. Some of the staff were phenomenal and others were "bothered" while on their phones
It said premium view and we were facing a brick building. Also it took hours for them to fix the broken air conditioning.

Great location, very good staff and response time from valet, Bellman, and Front Desk
The pool needed to be cleaned, but the water seemed clean. Just the bottom need to be vacuumed.

Don't stay here
It was near the conference I was attending.
The staff had poor attitudes, the room was dirty, the food was terrible, the pool was run down. It was drastically over priced and they added hidden charges to the already over inflated price.

Wish I can say and attend more like I want but patiently I am working on booking more visits to have the experience of that nice luxury expensive hotel
I couldn’t have my transportation stable enough to move and explore the whole area
