Definitely would stay again, clean, safe and quaint.

The room was cozy and cute. The parking was ample and secure, no worry about theft. The location was ideally situated to freeway access and plenty of dining options. Upon checking in, they provided us with a fresh baked cookie, that was a nice touch. The pool looked clean, although we did not use it due to the time of year. Oh and the towels were really soft! It amazes me that larger hotel companies have such rough towels yet this little place is doing things right with soft towels.

We are big on breakfast and this one was lacking a bit. There were the essentials like yogurt, eggs, etc. The juice was very concentrated but easily watered down to one's liking. The coffee station could have included hot chocolate, as there was a hot water dispenser. The cereal assortment was lacking and the bagels were tiny, nothing to write home about. We ended up going out to breakfast on morning #2 to have a better assortment. There are cute fireplaces in the dresser unit that would have been such an elevated experience if they worked.

Posterpedic beds are SO COMFORTABLE! I wish my bed was this nice! Immaculately clean rooms, the toiletries provided were exceptional, anything you would need was there. They gave us cookies at check in, smiles and hard working staff, best value that I have ever had in this area! This place really cares that your stay is a great one! So many movie channels and a GREAT breakfast spread, and the person in charge of keeping it stocked is a hard working kind and welcoming person.

good location to walk to food places

When i opened door to our room, it wreaked of cigarette smoke. Did not enter. Went back to office and told her of the smell. She said "It's a non smoking room". "Did you touch anything?". She finally gave us another room. Three times during the night we were awakened by people outside talking and cars starting. The walls seemed paper thin. Pillows were uncomfortable. Did not feel rested at all.

Generous breakfast, cookies on arrivval, the owner really seems to care abouot the guest experience! I will stay here many more time in the future! It's my go to home away from home when I have to travel to Redlands.

I loved it, I wish I could have stayed long and I will be back! Often. I wish this was everywhere!

Gracious staff for a wonderful breakfast! Kind and friendly check in. The pool and spa could be a little cleaner and the pool a little warmer (heated pool) but I enjoyed them anyway. The entire property is charming, safe and so comfortable. I love relaxing under the gazebo and knowing that I am secure. The property lets you forget there is a city outside and just chill.

The pool looked a little dusty and wasn't heated enough to swim in late October. However, I did swim comfortable in September. It's not a big deal, but it could be a little cleaner. The staff works SO HARD! So, this isn't a complaint, just a suggestion. It's such a wonderful atmosphere!

Our stay was as a result of wild fire near our home in Forest Falls. We were not expecting anything beyond a clean room and comfortable bed, but the staff were very understanding and polite.

Great at overall and a good value.

It's quiet, comfortable and has good amenities. Overall its very clean though the carpets and upholstery could be replaced or given a deep clean. I've stayed here and 8 or 10 times in the last few years. It's consistent and well run. I like it that it is a court with one way in and out. People can't just drive through looking. I have been able to park my pickup truck and trailer right in front of the hotel. As a woman I feel very safe there.

It is time for the carpets and upholstery to either be deep, cleaned or replaced.

Decent place but can be noisy.

Comfortable bed, nice decor.

Noisy neighbors: cars reving up shortly after 4 AM, music starting and staff talking shortly after 5 AM. Thick pillows, toiletry and towel decorations that just tell me they have been handled more than necessary, a turn off: i have to discard the 'nicely folded' tissue and toilet paper pieces and some more to get to the less handled parts, and not use the towels that have been handled too much.

Breakfast was great in the morning. Bed was comfortable, electric fireplace was a nice touch, but spa was very outdated.

Stayed in spa-tub room. The spa was difficult to fill, it got a little cloudy for a second, and never got hot- just warm.

One of the best places to stay in Redlands

This property is so well kept. It’s very cute and it’s very comfortable and clean. The staff is great, and the breakfast is awesome. Will definitely be staying here again. I love the addition of the fireplace in the room and all the extra amenities love this place!

Poor customer scv. by management. Broken equipment.

Nothing, I didn't stay. I requested the Jacuzzi room.But the jacuzzi was not functioning and the manager never came out to fix it. What's told by the gallows?Front desk that nobody could be there till the next dayto fix it. So I left. I never staye. D more than ten minutes , fifteen minutes at the most. I turned in my keys and The manager still did not come out and speak to me.

Like I mentioned the jaccuzi in the jaccuzi room I rented was broken, it did not work and the gal at the front desk said that nobody was there to fix it and wouldn't be in until the morning. The manager would not come and fix it or even come to the room to have a look. He or she would not come out and talk to me either when I returned the keys. I did not stay here. I left 10-15 minutes after entering the room. When I turned in the keys right after that and the manager still did not come out to discuss his situation with me. I only spoke to the young girl at the front desk and after speaking with her manager she came back to tell me nobody will be here till tomorrow to fix it. I told her I expected a refund since the jaccuzi was broken and not functioning.

Jcuzzi heart shape was cool

The property had a lovely pool and room had a fun jacuzzi but the fan was not working.. we told them right away and instead of giving us another room which they did have another, they sent someone to fix it. The noise stopped for a few minutes but it came back and we had to deal with that noise while using the jacuzzi. Took the fun out of it.

The maintenance guy was nice but the check in person should have given us another room from the begging or a discount like we asked him to do if they didn’t move us.

We had a great overall visit and we would stay here again!

I liked there was a couch and coffee table when our kids stopped by for dinner. Also a fridge to accommodate our leftovers. I requested extra pillows & toothpaste and both were provided. The breakfast provided was exactly what we were looking for as well.

The Lotion and Conditioner cannisters did not work, so I couldn't use either of these products.

The motel and the room were perfectly acceptable. The staff as a whole were very nice and friendly. The Motel is in a quiet area even though it is very close to the 10 Freeway. AlI in all can't complain.
