Improve the Breakfast.

I'd like to see the breakfast expanded a bit more like more choices, better juices, filtered water without lemon. Many folks want to eat their breakfast in the room. Would be more convenient if there were trays or a method to take the food to the room without making multiple trips.

Cleanliness and location. Also how spacious the room was.

I didn’t line that there was no towels in the house pool area. Just male sure you grab them from front desk before you go in the pool. Also the waffle maker was not working properly and the waffle mix was not mixed correctly. The lady in charge said it would still cook even though it looked watery.

Centrally located with jacuzzi tubs!

I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub rooms. Also, the indoor heated pool and hot tub. The breakfast isnt the best, but it is ok. Housekeeping is great and on top of cleaning rooms even over multiple days stayed. Very close proximity to dollar tree and many restaurants. However, not a great neighborhood to walk around at night.

The elevator smelled like bacon and cigarettes. The pillows were quite flat, wish there were better guard rails in the shower as I slipped and fell out of it which hurt quite a bit

Loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Staff was very nice. Room was clean and bed was extremely comfort

Breakfast was just ok. Only thing edible was the sausage. Would help if there was more than 1 waffle maker. We did not have time to wait there was 6 people in line for 1 waffle maker. Gravy for biscuits tasted like dishsoap. Eggs tasted like they were out of a box. We ended up having cereal and a bagel.

Great place!

The location was easy to find off the freeway, the hotel was clean, the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The amenities were a good quality and the towels were plush. The breakfast offered a nice variety of foods.

The only thing we didn't like was that the shower tub was really slippery and we had to take care not to slip.

You get what you pay for

The price was decent since it was a last minute trip. The breakfast was good and was within a good time frame. I liked that a key was needed to enter the buildings other side entrances for safety reasons.

Unfortunately, check in staff was not friendly. She seemed annoyed even though it was a standard check in. Upon entering the room, I always check for bedbugs (I travel a lot) and before I reach the bed I find a shattered iphone and charger on the floor. Drawers were colored in with pen. Carpet was definitely not vacuumed. Toliet paper folded nice but used up( pretty much done with). Toiletries were expired (makeup remover especially) We turned in the phone and charger to the front to the same lady that check us in. We let her know that the cabinets were colored on so we didn't get blamed for that and so we can get our damage deposit back. She again was annoyed. We didn't want to change rooms or anything because we just needed a place to sleep when we got back from the event and didn't want to make it a big issue but It was definitely annoying to her. All in all, you get want you pay for.

The hotel manager Shaun, was very courteous and helpful. He went out of his way to accommodate us for the situation we were facing. We booked for 1 night originally and when other accommodation were not available elsewhere he bent over backwards to get us taken care of.

I realize that most of your guests are there for only 1 or 2 nights. We were there for 2 weeks. The breakfast was good, don't get me wrong but could've had a variety of choices during the week.

This hotel was incredible!! The location, staff, room, breakfast, pool, were all above and beyond my expectations. I wish they had a location in Burbank, because I would stay here every single time I came into town.

The room was spacious and had all amenities needed, fridge, microvave, coffee maker. The breakfast had a good variety, and it was nice to have hot food options. I liked that parking was free. The location was close to many restaurants and 10 minutes from downtown Redlands.

I could see parts of the room like doors needed to be wiped down. I could see fingerprints or marks of dirt near the door handles, but other than that, the cleanliness was good. The desk lamp was unplugged and not working when we plugged it, and the small reading light by one of the beds was also not working.

Got what we paid for.

Beds were comfortable. Sofa bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the indoor pool and breakfast was delicious. Lots of selections to choose from. Accommodations were attended to.

A/C was making noises. The drawer was broken, kept sliding out and was a bit of a problem for our crawling baby. The water was dripping non stop from the shower. Shower head was full of corrosion. Some of their bulbs from the lamp was not working. The plugs were faulty. Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay here again.

Easy and Comfy stay

Breakfast had a lot of options. The pool was clean and the facilities were well maintained.

Elevator wasn't working. The key cards didn't work on the first try for many of the doors and there is a key card door on the stairs and pool. Ice maker on our floor wasn't working. Had to wait for 5-10 mins for someone to show up at the front desk to check out. (They were away helping someone, but there was only one person)

Room was spacious, well-equipped, and quiet despite being right in front of the elevator. The bed was extremely comfortable!! The breakfast was great and this was an amazing and affordable stay!

This property was very good in general. Some furniture was a bit worn and toilet stopped up easily. Also although property was not full late check out was only til noon instead of 1 as at others. I had a late check in after 10 pm. Very clean. Staff very nice.
