Breakfast was a disappointment, lacking variety, eggs were like rubber, yoghurt machine was malfunctioning

I love the vibrant colors in the entire facility. It's simple, but very clean. I really liked seeing my name on the t.v., it put a smile on my face. The little added touches go a long way. The breakfast was very good, especially the oatmeal, french toast sticks, egg bites and coffee ☕️ 😋 I'll definitely be back.

I didn't care for the location too much. It seemed very hidden and it was a little confusing finding the main entrance. Maybe they coould put a sign or something there. I could hear the freeway traffic at night while I was trying to sleep, but those are minor things.

Our hotel room is on 3rd floor. You can hear footsteps walking on top of our room.

Easy to find, close to freeway, close to wedding venue

Beds quite uncomfortable. But for one night, it worked just fine. The particular room we were in was on the side by the freeway, also right next to the elevator and outside door, so it was pretty noisy a lot of the night. But, if it was a different area in the hotel wouldn't be bad.

The location was perfect. Close to many of the freeways. The facility seems new. They have chargers for electric cars which worked well for me. The food was good. The room was comfortable. This is one of the best places I have stayed at for a while.

The a/c unit was supposed to controlled by wall controls. When I turned it off, it still ran which was very annoying. And the motion controlled light in the entryway was unnecessary.

Everything seemed brand new, the room had Everything you need, and the complementary breakfast was more than I expected.

I used this hotel while driving through the area, so I booked for convenience of the location and because im a Hilton rewards member. I travel a lot! This hotel was a nightmare! It was easily the worst experience I've had at a Hilton hotel. The parking is in the back, and there were very few spaces for handicapped parking. Actually, there was more parking near the building for an electric vehicle than a disabled person. The desk clerk kept me and my family( 3 teen daughters) standing at the desk for 20 minutes while he was on the phone. Didn't even make eye contact with me! Then, when he finally acknowledged me, he didn't apologize for the wait. Usually, the desk clerk will at least acknowledge you're standing there when they're busy. Nothing. Then he tells me I have the wrong hotel, rudely, then he finds my reservation, but there is an error with it.... by this point I've been there 30 minutes and he tells me I have to call customer service to solve the issue since I didn't book with him but I don't have a room for the night. I prepaid for the reservation, but he can't refund it. My only option is to book a new reservation or go to a different hotel. I book a room at the desk that's $40.00 MORE than what I prepaid plus 100 hold for incidentals.

Only thing i did not like were the pillows and how little they were.. it was no elevation in them & it made my back hurt as well as my gf. Other than that it was a good stay

I've stayed at a few properties in the area, and Home2 is by far the best in its price range. Large, clean, modern room with plates, eating utensils, and a full fridge which comes in handy for extended stays! Bed was comfortable, plenty of fluffy towels available, and Dollar Tree within walking distance for any essentials. Breakfast provided was great, premade breakfast muffins (sausage/ham & cheese) and omelettes, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, waffle iron, boiled eggs, and a selection of breads.

A few ants around the room, and the AC was a bit fiddly - half a degree up or down would either be too cold or too warm. Also would hear upstairs guests walking around their rooms frequently.

The room smelled good and it was clean.

Customer service was HORRIBLE and so was management. Tifanie at the front desk was non communicative, rude, unapologetic and argumentative. She had the audacity to tell me that since my room wasn't ready, I could go get ready for a WEDDING in the BATHROOM! then when I didn't go for that, she told me she could just cancel my reservation. Management doesn't do any better as he did not come to the desk to speak with me, rather, he had her to hand me the phone. At that point I took whatever room they could give me so I wouldn't be late for the wedding. I was put by an elevator in a room with two bed. I requested to be away from elevator and stairs as I'm a light sleeper, and I wanted a KIND bed. The bed made my hips hurt and my guys back hurt! They were hard and uncomfortable. I will never stay here again and I'll tell everyone I know not to stay here as well!

The breakfast was great. A lot of nice options. The room was clean, lots of towels, nice kitchenette, comfortable needs and the sofa bed also... The last who checked us in was very sweet and helpful.

Got the room with the King bed and sofa bed, Sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Next time I will get 2 queens
