Spacious, clean
A little confusion over where the downstairs guest and I were to park our cars. Sofa needs replacing, mattress will need to be replaced soon.

Price and convenience are great.
The beds are far too soft. As well, all the furniture is very low. For someone my age (70ish), it's hard to get up and down.

the room was clean but the area was noisy. There was a good water heater for tea and a hot plate if we had needed it
The refrigerator was tiny so held very little
the washer and dryer worked well although the signs about which wash one was getting was confusing. Better instructions would help
the street noise and the lack of ability to control the temperature inside the room
Initially the shower sprayed water all over the wall and ceiling until my husband taped the connections on the shower then it worked fine but it had completely washed down the whole bathroom and the floor was soaked
