    Came to Kitchener for a weekend trip. Laundry Rooms has been so easy and convenient. Staff is very helpful. Would highly recommend.

    I loved my stay at the Laundry Room Station park, Kitchener. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. It's designed so beautifully, such an inspirational place! I will come back for sure.

    This was the first time we rented a two night stay at one of these facilities. The room was spacious and clean and when we did need to communicate with the staff, someone was always quick to reply. We did run into a couple of snags but they were rectified. One was we were locked out the second day but the concierge helped us straighten this out. Also, because of this, we had to pay extra for our prepaid parking not being recognized that we were actually there for a second day. We'll find out on our next credit card statement if this was reimbursed. Otherwise, we did enjoy the accommodation and atmosphere of this new way to stay when visiting out of town.

    Place was big, I was under the impression it was one room but turns out there's 2 rooms. Balcony would not lock. Laundry was great, they even provide pods for laundry. Kitchen was great. Lots of lights are not turning on. Bathroom could use some doors to avoid water spillage. Bed was very comfy. Over all a good stay.
