    Great rooms, next to St. Jacob's market Only complaint - staff are not very attentive, did not recognize/offer Honors privileges.

    Our experience in this hotel was okay. Staff were friendly. Although surprised they don’t allow late check-ins.

    We enjoyed our check in experience very much and every interaction with the front desk staff. The rooms were a great size and the kids enjoyed the pool. Our main issue was with the cleanliness of the room and receptiveness of the house cleaning staff. We were unfortunate enough to end up with our child finding something in the room right after check in on one of the beds that should have definitely been caught by the cleaning staff. Our room was not cleaned as promised after this over the three nights that we had booked to stay there.
