Independent villa with sea view terrace surrounded by greenery located at the Plemmirio marine protected area of Syracuse, from where you can reach the city of Syracuse in 10 minutes by car, and the sea is less than 5 minutes drive from the house.
The structure located on a very private and quiet street, about 800 meters from the lighthouse of Capo Murro di Porco, is divided as follows: three bedrooms including a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another double bedroom, and a bedroom with two single beds, terrace with sea view, dependance of about 25 sqm with adjoining kitchen.
In the outdoor area: garden, fountain, barbecue, wood oven, sunbeds and deckchairs.

Carmelo nous a très bien accueilli, charmant, réactif, nous a accompagné à un restaurant vu notre arrivée tardive.
Coin nuit très bien, coin repas à améliorer, plus de vaisselle...

Belle propriété. Logement agréable. Par contre, il manque beaucoup de matériel pour la cuisine. 1 faitout et 2 poêles à l'arrivée!!! Luigi nous a apporté une autre casserole et un saladier. Au niveau couverts, c'est juste pour 4 (5petites cuillères 6 assiettes plates, 5 creuses, et 6 petites). Il n'y a pas de four dans la cuisine, juste un four à bois à l'extérieur et en guise de grill un barbecue.
Mais on s'y fait et on s'arrange pour faire le minimum de cuisine.
Par contre, Luigi est très sympa et Carmelo répond très vite.
très propre à l'arrivée... Donc en conclusion, ce serait bien que Carmelo augmente façon conséquente le matériel de cuisine et achète un four pour l'intérieur et un grille pain.
