We loved the quiet street and spotlessly clean apartment! It was amazing to be so near the throbbing center of Ortigia yet tucked away in a peaceful place. Marco was there to answer all of questions almost instantaneously and this was much appreciated. We will definitely come back!

The location is great. In the heart of old city. Few steps from sun set sea view. Small details prepared in apartment like disposable containers to prepare take away lunch.
It is a ground floor with people and some traffic passing in front of the window. At times it seem they pass through the room. Good earplugs necessary.

Lovely location at the end of the island of Ortigia. Small but comfortable studio room. Comfy bed, great coffee machine, good shower. Marco is really helpful with the parking situation, it is a little complicated if you have a car but he explained and helped us drop our bags and get vouchers for the car park at the top of the island.
Noisy people coming and going from the downstairs apartment in the night but that isn’t the fault of the property.

Excellent, peaceful location. Well equipped.
Kitchen and bath room a bit small. Spiral staircase to top floor very steep and narrow. No smoke detector/alarm.
