The apartment is spacious and recently renovated.
Since it is the island or Ortigia, water is scarce. This is something you should keep in mind when taking shower and such. It was not a big deal, but leaving it here so others are aware.

Very new and comfortable apartment, clean and in a great location!! The support of the host was also great, very responsive.
The parking garage is basically a public parking, and not close by, but 15 to 20 min walk was not so bad
