Location location location! 1 min walk to beach, fabulous local restaurants and shops. Court yard good size, nice to hv afternoon wine!

Slight noice but being in the hub of Ortigia you expect it. Close window and all good.

Location was great. Easy check in. Comfy bed. Facilities were good. We were allowed to check in early. Jessica was polite and prompt when we needed assistance.

Needs updating, very tired. Broken iron. The sun canopy in the terrace was full of pigeon poo which fell on us when we tried to open it. Not pleasant. Certain info would have been useful such as the location of the outer door key. (We got locked in at one point) That we needed to keep switching water heater on . Overall the apartment was good value, but attention to the details above would make it a much better experience.

Amazing accommodation that provided us with a home base for 5 days in Ortigia. The apartment is spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you need. In summer it offers shade and coolness, but most of all we appreciated the complete peace and quiet. It is a true oasis of calm right in the heart of the tourist center and near to the beach. The highlight for us was the terrace, where we had breakfast and relaxed during the day. Jessica is an absolutely wonderful host – she helped us with everything right away and always responded promptly. As a family of four, we truly enjoyed an unforgettable holiday in Ortigia.

Just a couple of small details that didn’t bother us at all – the double bed creaked, and on the terrace we cleaned up after the pigeons, the bedroom with two single beds shares the air conditioning with the kitchen. Overall, everything was absolutely perfect! We love the apartmanet.
