I had a fantastic stay at the Elan Hotel. For a boutique hotel in such a prime LA location, the room was surprisingly huge, impeccably clean, and very comfortable—it felt like a true sanctuary after a long day of exploring.
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Since I had a late flight, they graciously offered to store my luggage after check-out, which allowed me to enjoy my final few hours in the city without any hassle. Being right across from the Beverly Center and within walking distance of so many great spots made the logistics of my trip so much easier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a spacious and welcoming home base in Los Angeles!

Small room. HVAC wasn’t working. Computers were down which delayed check in by 30 minutes. Noisy neighbors. Location is excellent and we love the complimentary coffee and evening drinks. Super friendly staff.

They charge 20$ for wifi & coffee they also take $100 and give you back in a day or two...I couldn't use wifi because not secure and tv remote wasn't working well. they gave me back $20 with the $100. Overall I hade great experience very central i walked to dinner and shopping.

The hotel’s location directly across from the Beverly Center is excellent and one of the highlights of the property. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff I interacted with were pleasant.
The room itself was clean, though it felt more like a cosmetic makeover than a full renovation. Unfortunately, the bedsheets—particularly the fitted sheet—appeared quite worn, with a significant amount of pilling that made sleeping uncomfortable.
I also accidentally left my toothbrush in the room upon checkout. I called the same evening and was told no housekeeping staff were on duty. The following morning, I tried again but was left on hold for over 20 minutes and eventually had to hang up. I then sent an email, but I have not yet received a response after 48 hours.
While the prime location is a strong positive, the issues with the linens and the difficulty retrieving a lost item have impacted my overall experience. Had it not been for the convenience of the location, I likely would have rated my stay lower.
