    The only thing that could be improved is access to the Planet Hollywood app and its resort rewards when the reservation is made through a third party. It would be helpful to have access before check-in, especially to request an early check-in if available. Other than that, everything was excellent and the whole experience was a total success!

    Great location for me, and the Room was very large and clean and nice. Didn't appreciate the luxury charge because I didn't even use the facility except for attending the concert and spending my money in one restaurant for breakfast.

    The hotel is very big and confusing. It took me more than an hour to check in. The parking is very far away and nobody is there to help with the luggage. Both bathtub and sink were clogged and my requests to fix it were not answered. Avoid it.
