No issues and friendly staff.
Hotel used to provide a continental free breakfast and a discount on an ordered breakfast. Would like to have that again.

Good position in town / close to the ferry terminal. Comfortable beds & friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of free parking.
Decor very dated. Bar which is part of hotel was too noisy and too many sports screens so we went elsewhere for dinner.
Heavy metal music at breakfast time in the dining room was obtrusive!

It’s clean and good location for hiking SCT
We asked for early bird breakfast and got charged for all Canadian breakfast. When I claimed this the server was adamant that we had requested all Canadian. I know what we had and we are the customers. Also front desk staff were a bit tense. Would have been 10/10 otherwise.
