We stayed in a King room and requested a cot before arriving and were told that would be possible. Upon arrival we confirmed the cot again. It was never set up so had to go down to the front desk to follow up and then were told it would not be possible to setup a cot. We love staying at this hotel - great view of the water (wouldn’t recommend the city view), breakfast is great and the lounge area as well. They have a nice selection of snacks and drinks available. The hot tub was dirty, I had to get out right after getting in and the jets didn’t work. We never have enough towels in the room and when we asked for towels from the front desk we were told they would bring the towels to us at the pool because they didn’t have any. No one brought the towels so we had to ask again. Otherwise we always love our time at this hotel but certain things could be better.
