Loved that we were right there able to see the water
The staff was incredibly rude! Whatever lady and young kid that was running the front desk needs lessons on customer service! Check in was at 3 I showed up at 2:55 the lady proceeds to raise her voice and tell us “we were way too early she doesn’t have any rooms ready because other guests left late, do you see that man he’s waiting too and we needed to come back at 3:00-3:30.” Went back in at 3:30 was told by the young man I needed to “find a seat and wait because he has other guest in front of me.” Finally got up to the desk was argued with about whether or not I already paid for the room. (I provided evidence that I did) and still had to wait as he told me to hold on and took a call on his personal cell about another guest. I didn’t get to check in until after 4:00. I understand guests check out late and therefore it pushes the day back for the employees but POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE because of this is NOT an excuse. Your new guests didn’t do anything to deserve poor treatment and I wasn’t the only one there baffled by the way they were speaking to the guests. If I had not already paid for the room and was denied a refund I wouldn’t have stayed here at all.
