Location facing the water.
There was dust on the cabinets under the sink. The room smelled and the paint job was not done well in the bathroom. My room door was tough to open and close.

The view of the Marina and Jack London Square on the other side of the estuary was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The staff was accommodating, and they made sure we had a ground floor room even with a very late check-in time.
We had a shower chair in the bathroom, which was perfect for my elderly mother that has disabilities.
I didn't like that there wasn't a curtain for the shower and we would have preferred some kind of countertop in the restroom.

The location was good
Bathroom was completely mess no light no place to put make up or anything. Sink was so small. Coffee was very bad
