About this bed and breakfast
Enjoy morning coffee or afternoon refreshments from your patio overlooking the lush backyard, and pool (May - Sept.). Located an easy four block walk from the Encinal Beach and the Ballena Bay Marina, with paddleboards, kayaks, sailboats, for rent. Take a walk along the Alameda Point Shoreline path to the USS Hornet Museum. Nearby Alameda Beach offers a long open beach area with windsurfing and kiteboarding.
We are pleased to share the guest suite of our single-family home. The guest suite has direct ground level entry from the driveway. It is quaintly furnished with a mid-century coastal vibe, wood floors, two bedrooms, one bathroom, a laundry center, well equipped kitchen, and a cozy den with 55” TV.
With the backyard and pool (Shared with Host), it makes it a unique experience, like a semi-private mini-resort. Pool Season May - Sept., weather depending. See House Rules for Pool Use.
NO SMOKING, NO CANNABIS, NO PARTIES, NO RECREATIONAL DRUG USE, NO PETS. QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM TO 6:00 AM. The foregoing prohibitions include the apartment and entire exterior of the property.
Four people maximum occupancy.
We live in adjoining home, and to maintain peaceful surroundings QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10:00 PM TO 6:00 AM. If that is not observed, it is possible that noise transmits between the homes.

Beautiful location, clean and convenient! Average soundproofing but the host are so nice that it's not a problem. beautiful house, ideal for children. corresponds to the ad. if I go back to San Francisco I will come back here!

Felt safe in the neighborhood. Very clean and cozy. Had a 2nd bedroom for 2 more people if needed. Nice touch of having Pete's Coffee ground and ready to use. 2 blocks from the bay.
