The hotel is well run. Rooms and overall facilities are clean and staff is welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable. And the breakfast of eggs, sausage potatoes and waffles was very good.
I wish the hotel had a fitness center.

The location was very convenient to a lot of major destinations we had on the trip (>30 minute drive to Plano, Frisco, Dallas, and McKinney). The staff were incredibly helpful and kind as well. The breakfast options were diverse and appetizing.
The room was way too small for our family of three, and there were very limited facilities within the room. We were also located next to the elevator on the second floor, which was irritating when we were trying to sleep or conduct business in peace. The breakfast room was crowded and incredibly claustrophobic, and the singular waffle machine made the wait times longer. The restroom also did not have an exhaust fan, which was quite unpleasant.
