Courtyard Dallas Addison Midway

The property was really nice and clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. The location was close to many things.

Unfortunately we were supposed to have a room with a bath tub. Although 2 different employees tried to make that happen for us.. we were sent to our second room, told it had a tub and when we got in it, it had a shower. We still appreciated that we were upgraded to a suite. We were not impressed with the breakfast or the coffee. There was a large group of 10-12 young men outside our window after 10pm at night, looking in one of the bottom floor windows and then sitting right under our balcony area smoking marijuana and talking loudly. I called and complained but I did not see anyone ask them to leave the area.. they stayed for a while before leaving.

This property is always great everytime we stay there. This is the only property that we will stay in during our time in Dallas. You always receive exceptional service, it’s always clean, the staff is always friendly, and we always feel safe and welcomed each stay. The front desk manager Dale always makes sure that we have an exceptional stay and makes us feel welcomed. He operates this property top tier every-time we visit.

There is absolutely no complaints with this property.

Unable to get into the room with the key card. Front.brought mebanother card and checked it and got me in my. The next time I went out and came back, the key card did not work. Luckily I had a friend in my room and was able to get in.

That was the only problem I had. Everything else was great.
