Title: Exceeded Every Expectation for Accessibility & Comfort Our family recently stayed here for a overnight stay, and we cannot stop raving about the experience. I am a grandparent with significant mobility challenges and my adult son(we both use mobility aid devices) and two of my young grandbabies with us. Finding a place that caters to all our needs is always a challenge, but this hotel was an absolute dream come true. ADA Suites Were Flawless: We booked the two-bedroom ADA suite, and it was perfection. The wide doorways and open floor plan meant we could navigate our chairs from the bedroom to the living area and kitchen with zero obstacles. The king and queen bedrooms were spacious, and the mirrored closets not only added a sense of space but were also at a perfect height. The true star was the roll-in shower—it was generously sized with a built-in seat and handheld showerhead. Having built-in shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel was so convenient and one less thing to pack. A Life-Saver of a Kitchenette: The kitchenette was a game-changer with the grandkids. The apartment-size refrigerator was huge and fit all our drinks, snacks, and baby bottles. Having real utensils, dishes, and even dish detergent provided meant we could easily prepare small meals and snacks, saving us time and money. It made our stay feel like a home away from home. Impeccable Customer Service: From the moment we booked, the staff was attentive. At check-in, they were patient and ensured we had everything we needed. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and went out of their way to hold doors or ask if we needed assistance. The service wasn't just good; it was immaculate and genuinely caring. The Beautiful Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was fantastic! There was a wonderful variety of hot and cold options that pleased both the adults and the little ones. The dining area was spacious, allowing us to wheel right up to the table comfortably. It was the perfect, stress-free start to our days. They also have an outdoor pool In summary, this hotel clearly understands what true accessibility means. It’s not just about compliance; it’s about comfort, dignity, and convenience. Best stay dor your money. Breakfast is good as is staff.

My first visit here was amazing but this recent visit was not so amazing. I was charged for parking at a rate of $12 nightly. It's a $100 deposit and $12 parking. The staff was not welcoming at all and helpful. My family did not have breakfast and the front desk did not let us know so I was completely confused. They have a pool but we were not told if we could access it or not. The staff was not helpful . I have my adult son with mobility issues as well as myself and 2 grandbabies. The handicap assessible rooms were full . we were on the second floor and we safely managed. No elevators.
