Location. Our daughter lives down the street. We stay here frequently.
Teenagers were everywhere in the lobby, on the elevators and it was after 10:00 pm when we checked in. Seems like there needs to be a curfew or something enforced when there are groups like that.
As we checked in, another guest was trying to change rooms, saying that their room was beside a room that was unruly/noisy. Our room was located on another floor and we didn't have any noise issues, though.

We had a ice storm so they are open
The free shuttle stopped running and we had to get an uber for 65 dollars
We also had breakfast included then the man told us it was 18 per person I showed him our reservation but he said he was still required to get signature

Easy to access location, ample parking, excellent lobby along with staff!!! Elevators could be updated but served its purpose. Room was clean and comfortable well rested and highly recommend!
Breakfast was pricy and bland with low options but not a detractor in this case.
